Adding a Zimple user

If you want to give Zimple an access to your Pipedrive for support or consultation purposes, you can do that without paying for an extra licence. This happens by adding a Partner User. Note that you have full control over Zimple's access - you can also deactivate the account at any time.


First select Company settings - Manager users and then use the button +User:



In the area marked blue, select the Zimple address support@zimple.io from the dropdown menu and click on Add. Then click on Preview at the bottom.


Finally, you need to assign Zimple with applicable user rights. If you want to Zimple to have admin rights (so that Zimple is able to see all items and make changes to the settings), select at least the following:



Finally, you can click on "Invite 1 user".
